For personal-agent, a private WhatsApp assistant that Haris Muhibić runs for his own use. Last updated 18 October 2026.

Who it is for

personal-agent talks to one WhatsApp number, its owner's. It is not offered to the public. Messages from any other number are discarded without their content being stored.

What it processes

  • The owner's messages, the assistant's replies, and the results of the tools it runs.
  • Facts and scheduled tasks the owner asks it to keep.
  • Data from services the owner connected (for example email or GitHub), only when a task needs it.

Where it goes

  • Conversation data is stored on a server the owner operates.
  • Message text is sent to the language model provider (DeepSeek) to produce replies. Its servers may be outside the EU.
  • WhatsApp messages travel through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform under WhatsApp's own terms.
  • Connected services are reached through a self-hosted gateway that keeps their credentials.

Nothing is sold, used for advertising, or shared with anyone else.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept until the owner deletes it. To ask about or delete any data, write to haris@chern0.dev.
