The product
Homeowners describe a job, such as a plumber, electrician or cleaner. Verified professionals pay to access leads instead of giving up a commission on the final job. The full flow works end to end on web and in the mobile app: request questionnaire, offers, chat, selection, reviews and an admin verification queue.
Decisions that matter
- Personal data stays in the EU. No personal data goes through US-controlled edge compute; the app is self-hosted on EU servers.
- Admins can’t approve identity checks by hand. Verification has to pass the automated checks.
- Rule-based matching first. Vector matching (pgvector) is ready, but it comes later, once there is real data to learn from. The AI layer is planned on a multi-provider model router with fallbacks.
- Safe deploys. CI gates every deploy, and database migrations run behind an advisory lock.
Stack
One TypeScript codebase. Web is TanStack Start with a Hono API. Mobile is Expo. Zod contracts and design tokens are shared between them. Postgres with PostGIS handles service areas.
