Opus Nekretnine
For the Croatian real-estate agency Opus Nekretnine, Haris Muhibić built a satellite property map, a faster property search and a prototype website-to-WhatsApp lead assistant.

What I built
- A satellite property map: packaged as a WordPress plugin. It indexes about 400 active listings after an audit of every ad.
- A faster search: a plugin that speeds up the site’s existing property search.
- A lead assistant (prototype): it moves website enquiries to WhatsApp. It is built on Cloudflare Workers and tested against a simulated inbox and a fake model before any real model is connected.
Guardrails
- The assistant never pretends to be human.
- It recommends only active listings.
- It hands over to a person on clear triggers.
Process
The work follows the same documents I use on every project: a product brief, a decision log, a backlog and numbered iterations.
